Shawne’ Williams

I have a strong background in supporting individuals and communicating in a way that makes people feel comfortable and understood. I genuinely enjoy helping people feel supported and confident in their next steps. I’m especially drawn to this role, because it allows me to be a reliable resource and make a meaningful impact in people’s day-to-day experiences.

Franchesca Hargrove

I have been with Duke for about six years. I started off working in the float pool as a patient services associate. After working in that position for a year, I finally found a permanent clinic I could work in as a PSA. I enjoy working in health care, because I love helping people and forming trusting relationships with them. It makes me feel satisfied when patients are grateful for the help I provide to them.

Amie Jammeh, BSPH

I am born and raised in Raleigh, NC. I received my undergraduate degree in Public Health from East Carolina University. My interest in public health comes from a strong desire to improve health outcomes and bridge the gaps with equity and access to quality healthcare. I like being able to help and connect people with the resources around them to ensure that they have a healthy quality of life.

Pauline Jones

I am a wife, mother of two adult daughters, and the grandmother of five. I am a 2008 breast cancer survivor, and I am coming to Duke after 25 years at Rex-UNC. I have lots of knowledge and experience I am bringing with me and hoping to add to that knowledge and experience. I am so excited for this new venture and most appreciative for the opportunity.

Ana Diaz

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I earned degrees in Psychology and Public Policy. From a young age, I saw how access to essential resources can transform lives, sparking my lifelong passion for supporting underserved communities—especially within the healthcare sector. I am excited to kickstart my career at Duke PHMO, where I hope to make a meaningful impact by connecting patients to vital resources that can improve their overall health and well-being!
