Care Coordinator

Margaret Holtam, MSN, RN

Population Health Nurse

I was born and raised until age 10 in Liberia, so I experienced diversity at a young age. I have been a nurse for 30 years, working in hospitals and clinics, in management and education, in direct patient care and via telephone. As someone with both social work and nursing degrees, I truly enjoy helping people be the best that they can be.

Lauren Woods, MPA

Team Lead, DukeWELL Patient Engagement

I was born in California and raised in Shelby, North Carolina. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2009 (Go Tarheels!) and earned a Master's in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University in 2017 (Go Eagles!). I enjoy trying new foods, great music, reading, traveling, softball, and trying to salsa dance. I have a daughter who keeps me on my toes. Spending time with her and my other family members and friends truly makes me happy.

Olivia Hirsch

Care Coordinator

I started my healthcare journey as a volunteer at WakeMed Raleigh and later became a CNA I while attending Wake Early College of Health & Sciences in Raleigh during high school in 2011. Since then, I have worked across a diversity of healthcare systems in NC in a diversity of roles on both the clinical and administrative side in clinical research, behavioral health services, and emergency medicine. I’m passionate about connecting patients with resources and organizations within the local community that can help transform healthcare and improve their overall well-being.
