I’m currently a counseling student specializing in mental health and addictions counseling. I’m passionate about understanding people’s experiences and supporting them through challenges related to emotional well-being and substance use. What I enjoy most about this work is the opportunity to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel heard and empowered. I’m especially interested in implementing evidence-based approaches that promote resilience, healing, and long-term growth.
