Cinthya has been with Duke Health for over three years, having worked as a strategic services associate on the Care Redesign and Duke Regional Hospital Performance Excellence teams before joining the Duke Connected Care Provider Liaison team. Growing up in a medically underserved community, Cinthya always knew she wanted to work in healthcare. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Through her more than eight years of experience, her passion has always been helping others by delivering patient-centered, high-quality care to improve the health outcomes of the community though energetic, boots-on-the-ground leadership, delivering results through data, continuous improvement, and team work.
