Primary Care Population Health Pharmacist
Madeline graduated from the University of New England in Portland, Maine. She completed two years of pharmacy residency training at Novant Health with an ambulatory care focus. Prior to Duke, she worked at Cone Health in Greensboro as an embedded primary care pharmacist, focusing on management of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma/COPD, osteoporosis, and other chronic diseases. She really enjoys building relationships with patients and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop the best possible care.
