Express Scripts - Senior Clinical Account Executive
Dr. Jackson Carter serves Duke employees and their dependents as senior clinical account executive with Express Scripts. She manages the Duke pharmacy benefit and works with physician leadership on realizing cost savings, improving patient care, and increasing patient safety. Through her efforts at Duke, Dr. Jackson Carter was awarded a "Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute Excellence Award" in 2016 for innovative care management strategies. Dr. Jackson Carter graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in biology and doctorate in pharmacy. She completed a residency in ambulatory care with Mission Hospitals and holds her ACCP board certification in ambulatory care.
