My 20+ years of experience have allowed me to work with diverse populations in various capacities such as community-based mental health, group homes, foster care homes, care coordination, etc.. I am passionate about helping individuals tap into their inherent strengths to foster more purposeful quality of life. I enjoy building an individual’s self-efficacy and self-efficiency to make him/her feel empowered to shape lifelong changes and alter his/her life trajectory. Therefore, collaboration is essential, and I recognize that the individual is key to achieving optimal functioning. I believe everyone should have access to quality care, and I feel wholistic treatment is imperative for this to transpire.
