DukeWELL Occupational Therapist
I am a 2012 graduate from NC Wesleyan College with a B.S. in Exercise Science and 2015 graduate from Howard University (the real HU!) where I received my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. I am also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and initially began my OT career in the adult inpatient acute care hospital setting here at Duke Health. I love being an OT, because I have the opportunity to be creative when incorporating the interests of my patient’s and developing goals that improve their independence, as well as quality of life. I love making a difference, advocating for others, and seeing our community thrive with impactful encounters. I am elated to be a part of the DukeWELL team!
